Holiday Shipping Deadlines 

- Standard Shipping- Orders must be placed by Midnight Dec 17th 

- Express Shipping- Order must be placed by Midnight Dec 20th

Extended returns

- Items purchase after Nov 23rd are eligible for extended holiday returns untill Jan 3rd. Excludes items purchased at more than 50% off, beauty products, candles, swimwear, jewelry and sunglasses. Those items are still FINAL SALE.

 

SHIPPING

We use the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate System. We offer free shipping on all US domestic orders of $250 or more. Pick up is available at the San Francisco store. Same day delivery is available within San Francisco on orders placed before 3PM. Orders are shipped within 2 business days and should arrive within 5-7 days. If you would like your order faster than 5-7 business days, please select an expedited method of delivery. Feel free to call or email hello@shoplepoint.com with any special request. For international shipping please allow 10 business days from date of purchase for delivery. 

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. Packages over $650 require a signature. 
Le Point is not responsible for any additional taxes, fees or duties.
All CA orders will be charged CA Sales Tax of 8.5%

RETURNS

Online returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date for refund on full price merchandise. All items purchased at more than 50% off, beauty products, candles, swimwear, jewelry and sunglasses are FINAL SALE. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Le Point and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost. Online orders can be returned in store, within 14 days of purchase date. For in store returns, please email before hand to get an RA number.  Returns with a postage mark over 14 days of purchase date will receive a store credit only. Domestic shipping is complimentary on all exchanges. Clients are responsible for shipping charges for returns- this includes orders with free shipping. Refunds and store credits are processed within 10 business days of receipt. Exchanges will be authorized only once the original order is received. All returns and exchanges must be approved by Le Point. Please email us your name, order number and items you would like to return to hello@shoplepoint.com. Once your return has been approved, please put your RA# on the box and ship back in order to complete your return.
